- You need Pork Balls
- Take 150 g pork sausage meat
- Provide 1 tsp fennel
- Provide 1 tsp chinese 5 spice
- Provide Broth
- Take 600 ml boiled water
- Prepare 1 chicken stock cube
- You need 15 g dried porcini
- Provide 35 g fresh ginger, sliced, no need to peel
