  2. boil water until 80°C, Stir in Salt & Sugar
  3. add hot Water mixture to flour Knead into dough. add in oil, Continue to knead Until It turn smooth. let it rest for 10-15 minutes
  4. divide dough into 2, then into 2 again Until it reach 64 pieces…
  5. Shape the Small dough into ball, flatten it with a rolling pin until it reach 2 mm thickness. filled it with meat mixture & make it into a dumpling
  6. Cooking: bring 1/2 pot of water to boil, add in 1 tablespoon of salt. put in around 10 pcs of dumpling, stir slowly So it won't Stick together!
  7. Once the dumpling floated add in 1/2 cup Cold water, Cover With lid bring to boil again, repeat these step for another 2 times, dumpling Shall be ready after these.
