  2. Prepare 32 oz jar of garlic & onion spaghetti sauce
  3. Prepare 20 oz part skim ricotta cheese
  4. Get 4 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  5. Prepare 12 oz shredded mozz or italian blend cheese
  6. Use 1 egg
  7. Take 4 oz frozen chopped spinach- thawed and drained
  8. Take 18 large pasta shells- cooked and drained
  9. Provide 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  10. Take to taste cracked pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. In a small bowl, mix the parmesan and mozzarella cheese,this will be divided in half.
