The ingredients needed to make Stuffed Shells:
  1. Use 1 box of jumbo pasta shells. I use about 20 for this recipe.
  2. Provide 1 lb Ground turkey or beef
  3. Prepare 4 oz Cream cheese
  4. Get 2 cup Grated cheddar or mozzarella
  5. Use 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  6. Get 1 Garlic salt
Steps to make Stuffed Shells:
  1. Cook shells, drain & let cool. Cook ground meat & add garlic salt to taste.
  2. Drain meat and mix with cream cheese, 1 cup of the grated cheese & about 1/2 cup of the spaghetti sauce.
  3. Stuff the shells with the filling & add to a baking dish with a little spaghetti sauce spread in the bottom. Add the rest of the sauce over the shells & spread 1 cup of grated cheese over the top. Bake at 350°F until bubbly.
