- Get 1 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
- Prepare 1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes(dont bother draining,the juice is used for poaching)
- Take 1 tbsp water
- Take 3 sausage links (brown and serve style) thawed
- Use 1 cup fresh spinach
