  2. Provide 2 TBS. extra virgin olive oil
  3. Get 4 TBS. butter, separated in half

  6. Provide 1/3 cup white wine
  7. Take 2 tsp. Crushed red pepper
  8. Prepare 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  9. Provide 1 TBS. Parsley

  1. In a sauté pan, heat extra virgin olive oil and 2 TBS. of butter on high heat until butter is completely melted.
  2. Add garlic and continue to sauté for about a minute.
  3. Add shrimp and salt and pepper to the pan. Try not to pile the shrimp. A single layer in the pan is best. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. After about 2 minutes, turn the shrimp over and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the wine, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, the remaining butter and parsley. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Serve by itself, over pasta or over rice.
