  1. 1st we will marinate chicken: put Curd and all the spices and green chillies, coriander leaves, fried onions,oil, Everest chicken masala powder,food color, in the chicken and cover it for the marinate for 2 hrs.
  2. Now take a bowl and add water and bay leaves, cordomom,clove and oil and boiled it until it becomes bubble water and then add rice in it and half cook the rice.
  3. After half cook rice drain it and then take a another vessel and add marinated chicken and put some water in it and then half cooked rice and then add ghee, biryani masala, coriander leaves and food color.
  4. Now switch on your gas and cook biryani in high flame for 5 min and cook it in medium flame for 5 min and then cook it in low flame for 20min and then switched off your gas and open your biryani after 15min.now our biryani is ready to serve.
