  1. Take 2 Cups rice
  2. Provide 2 cups Chopped and fried cauliflower
  3. Take 2-3 Fried potatoes

  3. Further add saute until its become golden brown.
  4. Now add chopped and fried, cauliflower, potato soya vadi. All add spice.
  5. Now add pour one cup rice and fried onions, cauliflower and coriander leaves place upon on rice. Now again pour rice and place fried onions Coriander leaves and add required water.
  6. Cover with cooker lid and turn off the stove after two whistle.
  7. After open add saffron water and ghee. And mix well.
  8. Ready cauliflower biryani serve with raitha.
