- Use 300 grams Pasta
- Prepare 7 cm Takuan (5 mm cubes)
- You need 1 Cucumber (thinly sliced)
- Get 5 leaves Shiso leaves (julienned)
- Prepare 1 clove Garlic (thinly sliced)

- Use 3 tbsp Sake
