  3. You need 3 tbsp butter
  4. You need 1 garlic clove crushed
  5. You need 3 tbsp cream cheese softened
  6. You need 2 tbsp sour cream
  7. Get 1 juice from 1/2 of a lime
  8. You need 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro leaves (leaves only, no stems)

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over med-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle Chicken seasoning over chicken. (There is no need to measure seasoning, just sprinkle on as much as you want)
  3. Cook chicken on both sides until brown and juices run clear.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Remove some of butter from pan leaving about 2 tsp.
  6. Saute garlic in remaining butter until soft.
  7. Turn stove on low and add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Add sour cream, lime juice and cilantro. Stir and cook about 30 seconds.
  9. Remove from heat. Cover chicken with the cilantro sauce.
