- You need 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 small onion finely chopped
- You need 1 garlic glove peeled and finely chopped

- Take a big bowl add water and chickpea flour mix it well, make sure there no lumps left keep this mixture aside.
- Heat 1tbs oil in pan on medium flame, add onion and garlic, fry until slightly brown in colour.
- Now slowly add water chickpea mixture, Cook this mixture on low flame till it become thick, it will take 7 to 10 min. now add finely chopped dill leaves in it
- Keep stirring the mixture so no lumps should not form
- Grease the plate, pour this thick paste into the plate. Spread the mixture evenly.cool it at room temperature, then Keep it this plate in freezer for 2 hr for set.
- Cut the panisse into 1*4 inch leanthwise. Or your desire.
- Heat the oil in a pan for frying. Fry panisse till they become golden brown in colour.
