  1. Use 2 cans tuna (in water)
  2. Prepare 2 hard boiled eggs
  3. Prepare 1 large stalk celery, diced (optional)

  5. Get 2 tbsp white onion (minced)
  6. You need 2 tsp yellow mustard
  7. You need 2 tsp dried parsley

  1. In a medium pot boil 2 large eggs.
  2. Add drained tuna to bowl and gently break up large chunks.
  3. Add eggs, mayonnaise, celery, pickles, onion, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper and/or optional dill, celery seed, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
  4. Gently stir everything together and serve in a sandwich, with crackers or on a salad. Or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!
