The ingredients needed to cook Pav Bhaji:
- Take medium Potatoes
- Provide chopped Cauliflower
- You need large chopped onions
- Get large chopped tomatoes
- Use Garlic chilli paste
- Prepare Green Peas
- Provide turmeric powder
- Take red chilli powder
- Provide salt
- Get lemon juice
- Provide pav bhaji asala
- Prepare chopped coriander
- Take pav buns for serving
Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
- Boil the veggies for 3-4 whistles. and then mashed it with a potato masher.
- Heat 2-3 tablespoon oil. add Chopped onions and garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes. add chopped tomatoes and salt.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, pav bhaji masala. stir and cook for a minutes. Add 3/4 cup water. stir and mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add boiled vaggis. and mix it well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Taste the masala and salt at this stage. Add more if required. add Chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Bhaji is ready to serve.
