The ingredients needed to prepare Pav bhaji:
  1. Take 5-6 Potatoes boiled
  2. Get 1 Capsicum
  3. Use 1 handful Peas -
  4. Provide 3-4 Cauliflower florets
  5. You need 3-4 Onions-finely chopped
  6. Prepare 4-5 Tomatoes puréed-
  7. You need 2-3 tsp Ginger garlic paste-

  9. Prepare 2tsp Red chilli powder-
  10. You need 1tsp Garam masala-
  11. You need 2 tsp Coriander powder
  12. You need 2-3 tsp Pav bhaji masala-
  13. You need as needed Fresh coriander leaves- to garnish
  14. Get 2-3 Lemons-
  15. Use 2 Finely chopped onions-
  16. Get 1 pack Pav buns
  17. Use 100 gms Butter
  18. Use 3-4 tbsp Oil-
Instructions to make Pav bhaji:
  1. Boil and mashed potatoes.
  2. Roughly chop the veggies, boil them and mash them.
  3. Heata pan put oil, half of butter,chopped onions and fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and further cook for few minutes.
  4. Add above-mentioned spices and mix well,
  5. Add mashed potatoes and mashed vegetables, mix well add water as required, cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Mash the cooked bhaji with a masher and cook till the pan leaves oil.
  7. Heat a tawa. Cut the pav in the centre and put butter on tawa, sprinkle red chilli powder and toast the pav.
  8. Transfer the hot bhaji in a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves top up with finely chopped onions.serve with buns.
