  1. I microwaved the leftover mashed potatoes for 1 minute while it was hot I mashed it well without lumps will it’s warm add in salt,black pepper powder & kasuri methi mix it well the batter is ready
  2. Further take keema asusual it was in refrigerator but it’s ok anyway after stuffing we will fry it now grease ur palm with some oil then take sweet potatoes batter add a teaspoon of keema cover it well with by it’s sides gradually prepare rest of it set aside
  3. Now take the egg batter coat a cutlet and pop in preheat oil fry it on medium flame burner until both sides are golden
  4. Remove it & add in serving plate the deliciously awesome sweet potatoes cutlets are ready to eat with hot chapatis or as a starter with meal of rice & curry..!
  5. Tip of the day:- if any of u have issue with ur batter can also add 1 teaspoon cornflour to the sweet potatoes batter & if non vegetarian u can also skip egg coating & fry with cornflour slurry & bread crumbs. I prepared only two cutlets out of my leftovers if u guys have more of leftovers u can prepare more cutlets.
