- You need 2 cups chickpeas
- Prepare 1 cup split fava beans
- Get 1 cup chopped cilantro(coriander)
- Use 2 garlic cloves
- Provide 1 small onion diced

- Get 1 tablespoon ground coriander seed
- Get 1 teaspoon baking powder

- Flip over a couple of times until both sides are golden brown and crunchy on the outside.
- Remove from oil and place in a strainer to remove any excess oil.
