- Wash and boil potatoes. Cook the potatoes half way(so that it dose not fall apart during combination process with other ingredient)
- Meanwhile.in a non stick oven proff pan, add oil.
- Once hot, add chopped sausages and cook for 3 mins.
- Add onion and the rest of the ingredients
- Stir slowly.
- Once potatoes is cooked half way, drain and bring to sausage pan
- Stir gradually until well combined.
- Add the onion thickner and spices.
- Stir together and cover with aluminium paper.
