You already understand that, to achieve true health, your diet needs to be well balanced and nutritious and you need to get a good amount of exercise. The worst part is that, at the end of the day, we don’t always have enough time or energy required for a healthy lifestyle. When our work day is finished, most people do not prefer to go to the gym. People crave salty and sweet, not veggies (unless they are vegetarians). You should be thankful to learn that getting healthy doesn’t always have to be super hard work. If you keep going with it, you’ll get all of the required exercise and healthy food. Here are some ideas to be as healthy as possible.

Climb stairs. Rather than riding an elevator, climb up the stairs to the floor you live or work on. This isn’t as easy to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, using the stairs is a excellent way to get some extra exercise. Even if you do live or work on one of the higher floors, you can still get off of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will decide to be idle and take an elevator instead of opting for exercise on the stairs. Even just a sole flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day–can be a great improvement to your system.

There are many things you can go after to become healthy. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. You can do little things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Getting as much physical exercise as possible is another factor. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about slimming down. You need to help to make your body as strong as possible.

We hope you got insight from reading it, now let’s go back to paneer tikka (cottage cheese) recipe. To cook paneer tikka (cottage cheese) you only need 6 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you do that.

The ingredients needed to cook Paneer tikka (cottage cheese):
  1. Use 100 grams paneer/cottage cheese (I make mine at home, but you can but it in a supermarket)
  2. Get 3 tsp tikka masala
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  5. Provide 1 clove minced garlic and ginger
  6. You need 4 tsp plain yoghurt (i use homemade)
Instructions to make Paneer tikka (cottage cheese):
  1. Cut the cottage cheese into 1 inch cubes and set aside
  2. In a bowl, mix everything well and add the cheese. Allow to marinate for a few hours because it soaks in all the juicy marinade. When you want to cook it, skewer it seperating each with a pepper chopped to approx. the same size as the cheese (green red yellow or all) this is amazing for bbq's so it uses low heat and gets super tender
  3. NB: this is not like regular cheese, it doesnt melt so to know when it is ready, just break it, it should not be too rubbery and should not flake when breaking it
