  1. Spray popover pan with non-stick cooking spray. place in oven, and set oven at 425.
  2. Whisk eggs, oil, and milk in a medium sized bowl.

  4. Remove popover pan from oven and pour batter unto cups. do not scrape the bowl.
  5. Bake 25 minutes on lower oven rack.
  6. Turn pan and place on upper rack. bake 7-12 minutes more, until brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from pan and pierce each popover with a sharp knife to vent.
