  2. In a pot, we are making the broth by adding one cup of water, soya milk and chicken powder. Cover the lid and use medium heat, bring them to light simmer. leave it.

  4. In a wok, add 2 tbsp chili oil (oil only), garlic and ginger, bean paste, oyster sauce. stir fry the ingredients.
  5. After one min, add pork into the wok and continue stir frying.
  6. Add cooking wine into the wok. Continue cooking until it's done. Set aside.
  7. Blanch bak choy, bean sprouts in a pot, set aside.
  8. In a pot, boil water and add noodles in and cook until done.
  9. In a serving bowl, add the seasonings and broth.
  10. Add noodles, bean sprouts, bak choy, pork, spring onions, sesame seeds, egg. sprinkle powder on top.
