- In a bowl, add hot mustard oil then add all the dry species mix nicely then add hung curd mix nicely. Then add chopped paneer, bell pepper, and onion, nicely toss with masala add let be masala coat for 10 minutes.
- Then heat a pan add 2 tbsp butter fry the marinate masala for 10 minutes on low to medium flame.
- Now cool down the mixture apply the sauce and marinate masala on one bread slice now cover it with another bread slice. Now heat a pan apply butter on a slice of bread and cook till it becomes crispy. Now it's ready to serve
