- First wash the sprouts,and pressure cook around 2 glass of water for 1 whistle
- For the masla paste take all the dry masla in a bowl add little water and make a thick paste
- In a pan add oil/butter.then add cumin seed,and mustard when it splutter add curry leaves and chopped garlic saute till raw smell loose out then add choppe onion saute till it become transculent add salt acc to taste.then add chopped tomatoes
- Cook tomatoes till it become soft and mushy cover it for 10 min on a medium flame then add our masla paste and hing.cook it till it become relase it oil
- Then add boiled sprouts cook.till 2-3 boil.now its done to serve with pav,chopped onion and ur fav farsan😋
