- Get 1 slice cod (can double the recipe for more if needed)
- Get 3 tsp olive oil
- Get 4 small garlic cloves, minced
- Use 1/3 cup white cooking wine of your choice
- You need 1/2 cup chicken stock
- You need 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes in olive oil
- Provide 3 tbsp tomato paste
- Get 1 tbsp fresh chopped rosemary
