  2. Get 6 large chicken thighs fat trimed, skin on
  3. Prepare 3/4 cup Lite Soy Sauce
  4. Take 1 tbsp garlic powder
  5. Get 1 tbsp onion powder
  6. Use 1/2 tbsp ground ginger
  7. Provide 1/2 tsp turmeric
  8. You need 4 tbsp melted butter (or olive oil if you have it)

  1. In a medium size bowl add spices & mix. Add Soy sauce & melted butter or olive oil. Whisk together well.
  2. In a gallon size plastic ziploc bag or large plastic storage container with a lid, place chicken thighs ,(skin on), into the bag or container. Pour the Soy & spice mixture onto the chicken & seal. Shake the bag or bowl around to coat the chicken well.
  3. Marinate chicken in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes or longer.
