- Primero hacemos la pasta, mezclamos la harina con la sal, hacemos un hueco en el centro y agregamos los dos huevos, vamos integrando poco a poco amasando, echamos las cucharadas de aove y de agua y seguimos amasando hasta tener una pasta uniforme, se hace una bola, se cubre con film y se deja reposar en el frigorífico por media hora.
- Mientras tanto picamos la cebolla muy fina y machacamos el ajo, los ponemos a pochar en una sartén con aove, cuando este listo agregamos las dos latas de atún escurridas, mezclamos y salpimentamos, echamos el tomate frito y el orégano, bajamos el fuego y dejamos cocinar.
- Una vez pasado el tiempo de reposo de la masa, la estiramos y la cortamos de acuerdo a la forma que queramos, en este caso spaghettis.
- Cocer la pasta en agua hirviendo hasta que la pasta flote, escurrirla y mezclarla con la salsa. Ponerle un poco de parmesano rallado por encima y a disfrutar.
