Pavlova:
- Prepare 6 egg whites
- Take 1.1 /3 cup caster sugar
- Provide 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Use 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- Prepare 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Get 1 tablespoon +3 teaspoons cornflower
- Provide 400 g thickening cream

Pavlova:
- Pre-heat the oven to 120C.
- Mark a 20cm circle onto a baking paper.
- Whisk the egg whites on high speed in a mixer with the cream of tartar. Gradually add the caster sugar, once it reaches a medium to firm peak, add the vinegar, cornflour and vanilla remove from the mixer.
- Spread the meringue inside the circle. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn off the oven to cool all night in the oven.
