  2. Provide 150 grams Lotus
  3. Take As needed Potato Starch
  4. Get 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  5. You need <Sauce>
  6. Provide 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  7. You need 2 tbsp Sugar
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp Vinegar
  9. Provide 1 tsp Black Sesame Seed
Steps to make Sweet Potato & Lotus Hot Salad:
  1. Cut the sweet potato into 1cm thick. Then put into the water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and wipe it by a paper towel well. Dust with Potato Starch.
