  1. Use homemade/store bought puff pastry
  2. Get small apples, peeled, cored, diced
  3. You need light brown sugar
  4. You need ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat the oven to 400-degrees F, and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  9. Bake the pies for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
