The ingredients needed to prepare Apple tart:
  1. Take flour
  2. Get sugar
  3. Get salt
  4. Get or 85 grams unsalted butter,
  5. Prepare chilled water
  6. Prepare apples peeled, cored and sliced

Instructions to make Apple tart:
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl; add 2 tbsp of the butter. combine until dough look rough. Add remaining butter; mix until its mixed together
  3. Add in little water, combine then add in more water, until the dough holds together; form dough into a ball and knead for about 5 minutes. Flatten into a 4-inch-thick disk; refrigerate. After at least 30 minutes, remove;

  5. Heat up a small pot; add apple, butter and sugar stir to caramelized for about 3minutes and remove from heat then set aside to cool off
  6. Use a cookie cutter to cut your desired shape and place a spoon of your caramelized apple and cover with another dough
  7. Once done, use a pastry brush and brush either butter or whisk egg on it and place in a baking tray and bake for about 18 - 20 minutes
  8. Remove from oven once its done and serve
