- You are going to add 8 cups of all purpose flour to the pudding mixture adding one cup at a time Mixing well after the 8th cup of flour you're going to have to knead the dough, after you have finished meeting the dough place the dough in a greased mixing bowl then cover it with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place for about 1 hour
- After 1 hour it should be doubled in size now take the plastic wrap off and punch down on the dough releasing the air from the dough, then cover it back up with plastic wrap and let sit in warm spot for 30 minutes more
- While dough is rising for a second time go right ahead and butter your choice of pan
- After letting dough rise for a second time take dough onto a well floured work surface knead the dough , then roll with a rolling pin out into a large rectangle it should be 34 inches long and 21 inches wide now brush with two sticks of unsalted melted butter.
- Mix 2 cups of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon together pour mixture all over the butter surface of dough
- add brown sugar and cinnamon mixture to the buttered surface of rolled out dough starts to roll starting from the back the long and rolling towards your way after rolled up cut into 2 inches
- Now placing into greased pan a few inches apart now cover with plastic wrap and set aside and sit for 20 minutes after 20 minutes your cinnamon rolls would have expanded quite a bit
- Preheat oven to 350
- Take plastic wrap off and bake for 20 minutes
- Mix 1 cup of melted butter with 1 1/2 of brown sugar together if mixture is too thick you may add a little at a some more melted butter right before the cinnamon rolls are almost done pour all over cinnamon rolls
