Don’t ignore that health isn’t only about simply how much you weigh. It is more about making your body as powerful as it can be.

The ingredients needed to cook Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Provide Dough
  2. You need whole milk
  3. Get Sugar
  4. Get vegetable oil
  5. Provide Active dry yeast
  6. Take Salt
  7. Use Flour
  8. Prepare Baking soda
  9. Get Baking powder
  10. Provide Filling
  11. You need Melted butter, more as needed
  12. Provide 1/8 cup ground cinnamon for sprinkling
  13. Take Sugar, more as needed
  14. You need Frosting
  15. Get Powdered sugar
  16. You need maple flavoring
  17. Take milk
  18. You need 1/8 cup melted butter
  19. Prepare 1/8 cup brewed coffee
  20. Prepare salt
Instructions to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Mix milk, vegetable oil, and 1/2 cup of sugar in a pan.
  2. Scald the mixture (heat until just before the boiling point.)
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. When the mixture is lukewarm to warm, but NOT hot, sprinkle in package Active Dry Yeast.
  5. Let this sit for a minute and then add 4 cups of flour. Stir mixture together.
  6. Cover and let rise for at least an hour.
  7. add 1/2 cup flour, the baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir mixture together.
  8. From here, you could cover the dough and put it in the fridge until you need it?overnight or even a day or two, if necessary. Just keep your eye on it and if it starts to rise out of the pan, just punch it down.
  9. of course, you can just go ahead and make the rolls.
  10. Sprinkle surface generously with flour and roll the dough into a thin rectangular shape.
  11. Brush 1/2 cup melted butter on top, then sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over the butter
  12. and finish with a generous sprinkling of cinnamon.
  13. Starting with the wide end, roll the dough tightly towards you in a neat line.
  14. Next, pinch the seam to the roll to seal it.
  15. Spread 1 tbsp of melted butter in each pan/dish.
  16. With a sharp knife, begin cutting the dough into 1 inch slices, and laying them in the pans.
  17. Let rest for 20-30 minutes.
  18. Bake at 375°F for 13 - 17 minutes, or until golden.
  19. IF MAKING AHEAD FOR CHRISTMAS MORNING:   Instead of popping them into the oven, just put them straight  into the fridge and let them rise for the 2nd time in the fridge overnight (they'll rise VERY slowly in the fridge). Then, in the morning let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, and then pop them in the oven as directed.
  20. FROSTING Mix together all ingredients, and stir well until smooth. It should be thick but pourable.
  21. Taste and adjust as needed. Generously drizzle over the warm rolls. Go crazy and don't skimp on the frosting!
