  2. You need 1 handful spinach
  3. Prepare 1/4 tin kidney beans
  4. You need Several small tomatoes
  5. Use 1/6 onion
  6. Take 1 garlic clove
  7. Take 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  8. Provide 2 tsp chia seeds
  9. Provide 1 stick celery
  10. Take 1 small carrot

  1. Please make sure these kidney beans came from a tin and aren't fresh, if they are then you will need to cook and soak them before hand!
  2. Drain your kidney beans and rinse them. Wash the salad leaves and spinach.
  3. Rip the spinach up and put it in a mixing bowl alongside the salad leaves.
