- Provide 50 g black sesame / kala til
- Provide 1 teaspoon sugar
- Take 2 big onions sliced thin
- You need 2-3 bay leaves

- Use 2 hot green chilli
- Prepare 500 gm chicken/ pork
- Use 3-4 inches ginger
