- Prepare 2 ltr milk
- Get 2 tbsp cornflour
- You need 2 tbsp custard powder
- Use 1 tbsp chia or sabzi seeds (soaked in water)

- You need 1/2 cup boiled vermicelli
- You need as needed chopped dry fruits
- Take 1 cup kiwi crush
- You need 1 tbsp rose syrup

- For custard: boil 3-4 liter milk for few minutes. Add custard powder in 1/4 liter cold milk. Add elaichi powder in boiling milk. When milk get some thicker then add custard powder dissolved in milk in the boiling milk and stir continuously. Add sugar (1/4 cup)and chopped dry fruits to the mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes. The mixture get thickened after few minutes. Turn off the flame and let it cool down. Then put this custard into the refrigerator to chill.
- For faluda : Boil 3/4 liter milk for few minutes. Add boiled vermicelli into it and stir. Now mix cornflour to the left 1/4 liter of milk. Add this cornflour mixture to the boiling milk and stir continuously add soaked and drained sabza seeds and sugar (1/4 cup)to the mixture. Mix well and cook for few minutes or until it gets thickened. Turn off the flame and let it cool down. Then put it also in the refrigerator for cooling
- Now we'll set the short glass first put a small piece of cake in the glass. Now pour chilled custard again put a small piece of cake and then pour chilled faluda. Add 1 tbsp kiwi crush and 1 tsp rose syrup. Top it with finely chopped pistachios and serve chilled
