The ingredients needed to make Plum Sauce:
  1. Provide 1 kg plum
  2. You need 700 gm sugar
  3. You need 1/2 tsp black salt
  4. Use 1 tsp roasted jeera powder
  5. You need 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Prepare 1 cup water
Steps to make Plum Sauce:
  1. Wash and dry the plums. Cut the plums into small pieces. Carefully removing the seeds.
  2. Add 1 cup water. Blend with blender and make puree. Sieve it.Take a kadhai or any big vessel add plum puree and on the flame.
  3. Add sugar and cook the mixture about 20 - 25 mint until thick. Keep stirring in between.
  4. After 25 mint chutney thickens add the roasted jeera powder,red chilli powder, black salt and mix well and cook again for 5 mint.Add in sterilised jar.
