- You need 1 bowl cooked white peas
- You need 1 cup onion paste
- Get 1 cup chopped tomato
- You need 1 tbsp paste of ginger garlic greenchilli, coriander and jeera

- First make patties,. Mix all ingredients and make small flat tikki. And shallow fry it
- For ragda heat oil and add paste we made and fry it till it become slightly golden
- Now add chopped tomatoes and cooked till it become mushy
- Now add onion paste and add chole masala and red chilli powder.
- Addsalt and cooked cooked white peas and mix it and let it cook till you see oil on top.
- Now take patty in plate pour while peas gravy on top and garnish it with sev, chopped onion and coriander.
