  2. Prepare 1.5 cups Bean sprouts (blanched)
  3. Prepare 6 pcs mushrooms, sliced and roasted
  4. Use 1/4 cup onions, sliced
  5. You need 1/4 cup red bell peppers, diced
  6. Provide 1/2 medium carrot, julienned
  7. Provide 3 medium-soft boiled eggs
