The ingredients needed to prepare Breakfast bake:
  1. Get 2 cumberland sausages
  2. You need 2 pieces english back bacon
  3. Get 2 eggs
  4. You need 100 ml milk
  5. Get 1 handful grated cheese for filling
  6. You need 1 handful grated cheese for topping
  7. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  8. Provide 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions to make Breakfast bake:
  1. Bake sausages for 15 mins in a preheated oven at 200 ยฐC turning frequently
  2. Remove sausages and wrap with bacon starting small end first and place about 2cm apart in a small casserole dish and put back in the oven for a further 10 mins
  3. Whilst the sausage and bacon are cooking start to make the omelette mix by cracking 2 eggs into a bowl along with milk, salt and pepper untill mixed. Add the cheese and mix in.
  4. Remove casserole dish from oven and pour in omelette mix. Place back in the oven for 10-15 mins at 180ยฐC.
  5. Once risen place a knife through and check its not still runny. Add handfull of cheese to top and place in oven for 5 mins or untill cheese is browned
