- Use 1 Jumbo muffin cup sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
- Take 3 slice shaved ham or turkey for each muffin cup
- Provide 2 each eggs for each muffin cup
- Use bacon, sausage, etc, cooked & chopped

- Use green onions, chopped
- Provide shredded cheese, your favorite

- Preheat oven to 350°F.

- Spoon mixture into muffin tins.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Top with additional cheese, Bacon & pico as desired.
