- Prepare 200 g toasted almond flakes
- Use 300 g dark chocolate (melted)
- Get 500 g butter
- Take 340 g castor sugar
- Prepare 5 egg yolks

- Get 80 g cocoa powder
- Provide 50 g corn flour
- Use 50 g rice flour

- Prepare all ingredients - toast almond flakes in the oven for 5 minutes or until it lightly brown. Melt (double boil) chocolate.
