The ingredients needed to prepare Oil-Marinated Oysters:
- Use 50 Oysters
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp Salt
- You need 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- Get 1 Olive oil
- Prepare 3 Bay leaf
- Take 2 Red chili pepper (cut in half and de-seeded)
- Use 1 clove Garlic
Instructions to make Oil-Marinated Oysters:
- Coat the oysters in katakuriko and wash well, rinse, then drain in a sieve. Season with salt.
- Take an unpeeled clove of garlic and microwave it for 30 seconds with in it's skin. Remove the skin, cut it in half, and remove the core.
- Put the well-drained oysters in a Teflon frying pan and cook them on high until the moisture evaporates.
