  1. Provide 1 head cabbage
  2. Use 3 lb peeled and cubed potatoes
  3. Get 1 bunch cleaned and chunked carrots
  4. Take 2 can canned corned beef or if you prefer brisket use that instead
  5. Get 6 beef bullion cubes
  6. You need 1 tsp sea salt
  7. Take 1 tsp ground black pepper
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  9. Get 1 water

  1. Cut cabbage in half and remove the stem and place in big pot. Fill pot with water to 3/4 full. Add salt, pepper, butter and beef bullion cubes. Let cook on med heat for half hour.
  2. Add potatoes and carrots at this point and continue to cook on simmer for about another 2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
