- Use 2 kl Beef Brisket slowcooked 10 hours
- Use 300 g Mushrooms
- Get 1 large Carrot
- Use 360 g fresh Beansprouts
- Get 6 Cherry tomatoes Sliced in half
- Get 1 long pointed sweet pepper sliced in thin strips
- Take 1/2 Green sliced bell pepper sliced into Strips
- You need Some spring onion to sprinkle at the end
- Use 1 tbls Oyster Sauce
- Take 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- Take to taste Salt n pepper
