- You need 2-1/2 pound Cornedbeef brisket
- Get 12 ounces Guinness extra stout beer
- Get 1/2 cup coconut sugar divided
- Use 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- Get 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Take 1 pound baby carrots
- Provide 3/4 medium head savory cabbage
- You need 1 large leek
- You need 1 quart beef broth
