- Take warm milk/ 190g plain yoghurt
- Provide For the glaze
- Provide Cocoa powder

- In a bowl, combine self rising flour with warm milk. Do not add sugar. Don't add more flour if its sticky. Mix well. Put in a piping bag with a nozzle. Ran out of piping bag so I made mine using macaroni pack. Set aside
- Place a pot on heat, add oil for deep frying. Pipe the dough into the oil while cutting with a scissors. Keep stirring to achieve even fry.
- Strain from the oil when golden, divide into two set aside. Make the glaze by mixing icing sugar, melted butter & milk. Add more milk if u want very runny consistency.
- Pour the first batch into the glaze. Stir & strain. Set aside. Using the leftover glaze, add cocoa powder to it do same for the second batch & strain.
