- Take 1 packet Nachos
- You need 1/2 cup Rajmah (kidney beans)boiled
- Take 1 Onion
- Take 1 Tomato
- Use 1 capsicum
- Prepare handful Fresh coriander leaves
- Prepare 4 Tsp Tomato sauce
- Take 3 spoon Lemon juice
- Prepare To taste Salt
- Provide 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- You need 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

- Wash and finely chop onion tomato and capsicum. Take a bowl add chopped veggies, tomato purée and tomato sauce, add salt pepper and mix well. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and mix well. The salsa is ready.
- In a pressure cooker add rajmah, salt pepper and asafoetida (hing)cook for-15- mins.remove and keep aside.
