- Provide 1 tsp garlic
- Take 1/2 large green bell pepper
- You need 1/2 large red bell pepper
- You need 3 lb thinly sliced beef(i use carne asada)

- Provide 1 small can of el pato sauce(yellow can)
- Use 1 small can of tomato sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

- You need 2 tbsp veg oil

- chop all veggies. heat oil in a large pot on med. put in your garlic, onion and peppers. (Save squash for last step). toss veggies in oil till soften.
- Add thinly sliced beef. salt n pepper to taste.Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes. Remember not to cook the beef all the way, it still needs to be a little pink in the middle.
- Add one can el pato sauce and the can of tomato sauce. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat with pot covered.
- Turn heat on low and add the squash and red pepper flakes. Remember to salt and pepper for taste. cover pot back. Cook for about another 5 minutes until squash is tender.
